Historic King’s Way Renovation – Collaborative adaptive reuse of an historic row house, the Albany Housing Authority with the Albany County Historical Association, owners and operators of the Ten Broeck Mansion in progress). ACHA will develop this property as a gift store, gallery, and space for offices and storage. This property will be connected to the Mansion grounds by a footpath. This project will serve as a cultural anchor at the north end of North Swan Street and provide higher visibility and greater community access to the Ten Broeck Mansion.
